Terms of Service

Postgraming is an AI-powered social media automation platform that generates and schedules content across X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Bluesky, and Guoinol on your behalf.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Postgraming.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One person or entity per account. You may not share accounts.
• Email accounts require verification before full access is granted.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.

You agree not to use Postgraming to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, or defamatory
• Impersonate any person or organisation
• Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform
• Distribute spam, phishing content, or malware
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent any part of the platform
• Use the service to infringe on any third party's intellectual property

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

Your content: You retain ownership of all content you create using Postgraming. By using the platform, you grant Vexovin a limited licence to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

AI-generated content: Content generated by the AI is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated posts before they are published. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or legality of AI-generated content.

Our content: The Postgraming platform, design, code, and branding are owned by Vexovin and protected by intellectual property laws.

Free plan: The Spark plan is free and limited to 1 post per connected platform. No credit card is required.

Paid plans: Creator ($49/mo), Business ($99/mo), and Agency ($299/mo) plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All prices are in USD.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

Price changes: We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

Postgraming connects to third-party social media platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to their APIs, features, or policies that may affect Postgraming's functionality.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that content published through Postgraming complies with each platform's terms and community guidelines.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vexovin shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
• Content posted to social media platforms through Postgraming
• Service interruptions or downtime

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Postgraming is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the platform. Continued use of Postgraming after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
