What do the "5 free" allowances mean?
The free Spark plan gives you 5 lifetime posts and 5 lifetime email/lead-page actions to try Postgraming, no credit card needed. Once used up, that action requires a paid plan. AI Agent (30-day campaigns) isn't included on the free plan at all.
Is billing monthly or one-time?
Monthly. Pay by Mobile Money and your plan renews every 30 days — cancel anytime by simply not renewing, no lock-in.
Do I need to connect my social accounts upfront?
No. You can generate and schedule posts without connecting accounts first. You'll connect when you're ready to actually publish.
What AI model powers Postgraming?
Postgraming uses Claude by Anthropic — known for producing nuanced, brand-appropriate content rather than generic AI filler.
What happens when I hit my plan's limit?
On the free plan, once your 5 free posts or 5 free email/lead actions are used up, upgrade to a paid plan to continue. On paid plans, campaign launches reset each time you renew your plan and the daily post limit resets every midnight. SMS is billed per message (UGX 50/SMS) regardless of plan.
