Postgraming is a product of Vexovin, a company incorporated in the United States with operations in Kampala, Uganda. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Postgraming.
1. Information we collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Account information: Your name, email address, and profile photo when you sign up with Google or create an email account.
- Business profile: Business name, type, target audience, tone preferences, and content topics you provide during onboarding.
- Content data: Posts, topics, and scheduling preferences you create within Postgraming.
- Usage data: How you interact with the platform — pages visited, features used, and session duration.
- Device information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers.
2. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account
- To generate AI-powered content personalised to your brand voice and topics
- To schedule and publish posts to your connected social media platforms
- To improve the Postgraming product and fix bugs
- To send you service-related emails (account verification, billing, important updates)
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Ever.
3. Third-party services
Postgraming uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- Firebase (Google): Authentication and database storage. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Anthropic (Claude AI): Powers AI content generation. Your content topics and business profile may be processed by Anthropic's API.
- Social media platforms: When you connect X, LinkedIn, Bluesky, or Guoinol, you authorise Postgraming to post on your behalf under their respective terms.
4. Data storage and security
Your data is stored on Firebase infrastructure (Google Cloud), primarily in servers located in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
- Firebase Authentication for secure account access
- Access controls limiting who can view your data
No system is 100% secure. If you believe your data has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@vexovin.com.
5. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: Request that we delete your account and associated data
- Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Objection: Object to certain types of data processing

7. Children

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and notify you via email if the changes are material. Continued use of Postgraming after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
